Session 2: Wild About Nature
Session II: July 13 - 17
Learn how to sketch on site as we explore areas of Magnuson Park. Have fun drawing landscape and animals, then take some of your sketches and turn them into watercolor paintings. Create your own relief block print design by carving into soft linoleum and printing it with ink on beautiful papers. Paint watercolors on some of your designs for a fantastic combination of black ink and subtle colors. Finally, work with beautiful colored glass tiles to construct your own mosaic tile based on plant or animal images.
